    This cozy studio with patio or balcony features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, bathroom with a standard shower/tub combination, a full-size sleeper sofa, satellite TV and DVD player, and a convenient kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, sink, dishes and utensils.     Size: 778 sq. ft. Accommodates: 4 guests
    This spacious 1-bedroom/1-bathroom with balcony features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and bathroom with a shower/tub combination. A generous living room offers a separate dining area, TV and DVD player, queen-size sleeper sofa. The suite also features a fully equipped kitchen, as well as upgraded finishes and furniture, stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer.

    Size: 1,072 sq. ft. Accommodates: 6 guests
    This spacious 2-bedroom/2-bathroom suite with patio or balcony features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and bathroom with a standard shower/tub combination. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds or a queen-size or king-size bed and full sleeper sofa. Units include a separate bathroom with standard shower/tub combination. A generous living room offers a separate dining area, satellite TV and DVD player, and queen-size sleeper sofa. The vacation home also features a fully equipped kitchen.     Size: 1,216 sq. ft. Accommodates: 8 guests This spacious 3-bedroom/3-bathroom scenic-view suite with patio or balcony features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and master bathroom with standalone showers, a soaker tub and steam shower, or standard shower/tub combinations. The second bedroom is furnished with king-size, double or twin beds and a full bathroom. The third bedroom also features a king-size bed with sleeper sofas in some units and a bathroom. A generous living room with fireplace, separate dining area, TV and DVD player, queen-size sleeper sofa. The timeshare also feature a fully equipped kitchen with dining areas, as well as upgraded finishes and furniture, stainless steel appliances, and washer/dryer.

    • When you arrive to check in you may park in the designated 20-minute registration spaces at our main entrance. 
    • Please don’t unload your vehicle until your room is assigned as you will be driving to your villa and parking there. If your room isn’t ready when you arrive we can store your luggage for you. 
    • The resort’s $23 per night Parking Fee is waived for Club reservations in appreciation of your Club ownership. 
    • Some units in our Pointe neighborhood are NOT serviced by elevators and may require walking up or down one flight of stairs. If you have mobility concerns and have booked a Pointe unit please contact the resort or a Club counselor in advance of your arrival. 
     

  • Disclaimers

    Ongoing development of the resort is underway through 2023. A project of this magnitude involves machinery, diverted patterns of resort access and the distinctive sights and sounds of construction in progress. Construction hours are approximately 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

    • We offer several campus dining options that you can charge to your room including the Cove Bar & Grill, Twenty/20 Restaurant, 7-Mile Kitchen, and Room Service. 
    • Show your MarBrisa room key to access LEGOLAND via an exclusive walking path and back entrance. Separate theme park admission ticket required. Gate opens at 10:00 am. 
    • A complimentary resort Shuttle service provides transportation throughout the entire 56-acre campus. Hours vary seasonally so please pick up the latest Shuttle Route Map from the front desk or concierge. 
    • Complimentary laundry facilities are available in each villa throughout the resort. Some 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units also contain in-room washers/dryers. 
    • Take time to explore the quaint coastal Village of Carlsbad, home to picturesque beaches and a wide array of restaurants, shops and entertainment.

    Parking is $23 for most guests and complimentary for Club reservations. Carlsbad City and Coastal restrictions prohibit RV and oversize vehicle parking on site or city streets.
